The Fine Print

Terms of Use

Effective date: November 1, 2026.

Welcome

The Cross & Me (“the site”), operated by The Cross and Me, LLC, offers daily Scripture, prayer requests, personal stories, and a small store. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the prayers and stories you write. If you choose to share one publicly, you give us permission to display it on the site under the name option you selected, until you ask us to remove it.

Please don’t submit anything unlawful, harmful, or that invades someone else’s privacy — including another person’s personal information without their permission. We may decline, edit for length or clarity, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Our Content

The Cross & Me name, logo, gold cross emblem, and site design belong to The Cross & Me and may not be reused without permission. Scripture quotations are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain.

The Store

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. An order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a price was listed in error) and will refund any payment taken. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery, refund, cancellation, and damaged-item terms.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” Content on The Cross & Me is spiritual encouragement, not professional advice — please see our Faith & Content Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, The Cross and Me, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
