Processing Times
Orders are prepared with care. In-stock items ship within 2–3 days. If an item is out of stock, it will ship as soon as inventory allows — we’ll keep you updated by email.

We ship within the United States. Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Damaged Merchandise
If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right. Email orders@thecrossandme.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Email orders@thecrossandme.com with your order number to start a return or exchange, and we’ll send you the next steps.
Apparel Sizing Exchanges
Need a different size? Apparel exchanges follow the same 30-day window above — email us with your order number and the size you need.
Order Cancellation
To request a cancellation, email orders@thecrossandme.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already shipped, our 30-day return policy above applies.
